Project Managers: These important managers cover the building or the job portion that is divided by area. They have primary responsibility for the total cleaning job within their jurisdiction.
Supervisors: They are responsible for assure that your cleaning schedule is kept up exactly as ordered and specified. Critical areas are critically evaluated constantly. It is their goal to end up with ZERO complaints daily.
Quality Assurance: These inspectors check the various jobs daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually. They are higher on the management scale than Supervisors and have a higher inspection authority.
Janitors: Our janitors are hard workers who are responsible for trash removal, low dusting, high dusting, rest room cleanup, fixture dusting, and polishing, vacuum cleaning, light bulb placement, floor stripping, waxing, buffing and mopping, and all general cleanup.
Check-ups on top of check-ups: There are usually half a dozen checkups on each job. There is very little chance of overlooking an area or a workstation or an item.
